Nominate Candidates
Vote for the candidates
Print Results
Reset Votes once voting is done.
Delete and Re-create new position.
Repeat step 3 to 7 until all post have been filled.
In this segment you will learn how to create a voter account. Please reminded that that VoterID is the login details for voters to sign in.
Recommended ID and passwords are :-
Voter ID : Mobile Phone No
Password : Last 6 digits of IC
In this section you will learn to create the position for each post to be voted for. Best practice is to create 1 position, and followed by creating the candidates for it.
Reason is that, it will show all position during the voting session which may cause confusion.
In this video, you will learn how to add a candidate to the Voting System. Once the positions is created, you can then add the nominees to the position that is being voted for.
Once the voting has been completed, you can proceed to print out the results from the system. In this video you can either opt to print out a physical copy to be signed as well as generate a PDF version of the results.
Once the voting is done, and the results have been printed out. In order for you to go through the next post to be voted you are required to reset the system.
Once the first post have been filled, your next step is to delete the current position and create the next post to be voted for. Then repeat the same process until all the post have been filled.
